  7. Here's a quick, easy recipe for salsa that everyone who has tried it says
  8. is absolutely delicious.

  10. 1 large can chopped tomatoes (twenty something ounces)
  11. 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  12. green onion, chopped
  13. 1 can hot jalapenos (you can use milder if you don't like HOT!)
  14. 2 tbsp. dried cilantro
  15. salt to taste

  17. Mix all ingredients in bowl and serve with unsalted tortilla chips.

  19. Note:  Don't know why, but it tastes a bit better after being refrigerated
  20.        overnight before serving.
